Is it safe to order online?
Of course. Byron Bay Tea Company uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us to arrange payment.

Will my personal details be used outside Byron Bay Tea Company’s On-line Store?
No. We respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. We do NOT sell, trade, or give away any information we collect from our members. We welcome your feedback concerning our privacy policy. We require your email address to send you the email order confirmation and shipping confirmation; and your phone number just in case we need to contact you about your order and you're unreachable by email.


How can I place an order?
Online using paypal or your credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Alternatively, you can contact our office on 02 6687 2093 to place an order over the phone. Please note that we can only process international orders that have been placed over the phone, NOT online.

What are the returns/exchange policy?

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty product for you. The product needs to be returned as it was received.

When will my order arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch orders that are received by 2pm (AEST) on  the same day and if not, on the next business day.  Orders placed after 2pm (AEST time) or on a public holiday will be sent the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on where the order is going, but it is bewteen 1-3 days to most Australian  locations. Some remote locations can take up to 7 days. If this information is required you can either refer to the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au  or contact us.
International delivery times vary depending on your country. We recommend allowing 5 -15 days for delivery. Please contact us if you require more specific delivery information.

What are your Delivery Charges?

Domestic orders $9.95 flat-rate for standard shipping
Domestic orders $24.95 for express shipping 
Domestic orders $250 or over FREE
International orders $29.95 (**Please note this charge applies to most countries and order sizes, however, if the order is over 500g there maybe an additional charge that we will notify you about via email)

Do you Ship Outside Australia?
Yes – a shipping charge of $29.95 applies to international orders. In some cases where the order is over 500g, an additional charge may apply. You are responsible for any local import duties and taxes charged by your country.  All countries have different requirements when it comes to the importation of botanical products and we leave this part up to you, and can provide you with a botanical ingredients list if this is required. Once your payment has been cleared, please allow 14 working days for the order to arrive. We do not take responsibility for any delays in your country caused by the customs department. Please note that international orders can only placed over the phone, NOT on the online store.

Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Yes, we have cards and gifts available for purchase in our online store. Please write the message in the comments section of the Shipping Information form.
 
What if I would like to purchase multiple gifts to be sent to different addresses?     
Please place orders separately so that it is clear what items (and personal messages) are going to which address.
