Japanese Quince

A brightly-coloured infusion, with jade green undertones, this exotic blend balances the sweetness of quince with a delicate base of Japanese green tea. Green tea is prized for its antioxidant constituency and subsequent benefits to health (particularly digestion). The result is a rejuvenating, aromatic and refreshingly palatable tea that can be enjoyed any time of the day.
Ingredients- Green Tea (Camellia sinensis); natural quince flavour.
Brewing Suggestions-
Place 1-2 teaspoons per cup (220mls) of near-to-boiling water (80°C is ideal) into a teacup or teapot for 30 seconds. Strain and add more water for a second infusion; or for one infusion, brew for 2 minutes.
