1. How can I pay for my  BBTC herbal tea order?

  • Credit card- Visa and Mastercard (please note that we do not accept American Express)

  • Direct Deposit (“Byron Bay Tea Company”, CBA, BSB- 062514 ACC-10215676)

  • Cheque (made payable to “Byron Bay Tea Company”) (Please note that orders payed by cheque will not be dispatched until the payment is received)

  • Money order (made payable to “Byron Bay Tea Company”) (Please note that orders payed by money order will not be dispatched until the payment is received)


2. What are the conditions of sale?

  • Freight: is payable by the customer. We use Australia Post unless notified of a preferred alternative delivery method.

  • Cheques/Money Orders: Orders payed by cheque or money order will not be dispatched until the payment is received.

  • Queries: any queries regarding your order must be made within 3 days. All sales are final. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We only accept return of the tea  item sent to you by mistake. Additionally, the goods have to be returned in their original, resaleable condition with all of its packaging materials. Before returning goods that meets the above condition, please contact us with your purchase details including the invoice number and we will provide you with information on how to return the item at no charge to you.

 

 


3. How long do orders take to process?

 

We endeavour to have orders ready for despatch 1-2 days after the order has been received. Please refer to the Australia Post website to work out specific time for delivery to your destination- www.auspost.com.au.


4.  How safe is my purchase over the internet?


Our site uses an "GEOTRUST" SSL encrypted order form. This means that your order details (such as your credit card number) are encrypted while being transferred from your browser to our web server. We will then debit your credit card based on the order total amount.


5.  What are your delivery charges?

FREIGHT- The following rates apply to delivery to one Australian / International address, including GST. Orders will be dispatched 1-2 days after order is received. We use Australia Post unless notified of a preferred delivery method. For delivery times to specific destinations please refer to the Australia Post website- www.auspost.com.au.

6.  Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes – for a minimum order of AUS $20.00. We charge a flat rate of AUS $30.00 for postage and handling for orders up to 1 kg. For orders over 1 kg, please email us the item you would like to order and your shipping address – and we can supply you with a quote. All shipments heading overseas will be sent via airmail.

You are responsible for any local import duties, taxes charged by your country. Once your payment has been cleared, please allow 14 working days for the order to arrive. We do not take responsibility for any delays in your country caused by the customs department.
 

7.  Will my personal details be used outside Byron Bay Tea Company’s On-line Store?

No. We respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. We do NOT sell, trade, or give away any information we collect from our members. We welcome your feedback concerning our privacy policy.

We require your email address to send you the email order confirmation and shipping confirmation; and your phone number just in case we need to contact you about your order and you're unreachable by email.

 


8. Can I include a personal message with my gift?

 

Yes, we offer this service free of charge. Please write the message in the Comments section of the Shipping Information form.

 

 

9. What if I would like to purchase multiple gifts to be sent to different addresses?     

 

Please place orders separately so that it is clear what items (and personal messages) are going to which address.
