PACKAGING- We have a range of practical and attractive packaging options for both our loose leaf teas and pyramid teabags making the range suitable for many different settings For retail sale there is the small tin, the small box, zip sachet, tiny tin and gift items; for tea service there is the large tin, large tin refill and bulk packet and for accommodation such as hotel and resort rooms, there are many options including the tiny tin and the zip sachet.

QUALITY- The herbs used are the best quality available. They have been hand harvested by highly skilled organic producers at optimum times within nature's seasons and naturally shade dried without excessive heat. The couple of herbs that cannot be sourced as "certified organic" have been "wildcrafted" or gathered from clean remote areas, with the utmost consideration for maintenance of natural ecosystems. The black teas (English Breakfast, Earl Grey and Chai) have been sourced from Sri Lanka and India and blended in Australia. We are using high-grade, full-leaf black teas that have been hand-picked with lots of golden tips (a sign of quality). The oriental teas have been sourced from China and Taiwan, where they have the environmental conditions and expertise to make these specialty teas. Again, we have sourced high-grade teas that have been hand-picked and delicately processed.
